Shipping Policy
Free Delivery
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard orders across India.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on order type (standard or customized), location, and availability.
- Once the product is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and estimated delivery time.
- For international orders, shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of quotation.
Dispatch and Delivery
- Standard products are typically dispatched within 7–15 business days.
- Customized machines may require additional manufacturing time; estimated dispatch timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
- We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of our products.
Delivery Inspection
- Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
- Any return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Returns are chargeable. Return shipping costs and handling charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Customized machinery or special orders are non-returnable.
- Returns will not be accepted for damage due to improper use, mishandling, or installation by unauthorized personnel.

- Replacement is subject to product availability and condition of the returned item.
